Design Eclectic has developed a bespoke Content Management System (CMS) to help easily and efficiently manage website content in an intuitive, visual WYSIWYG environment requiring no technical expertise or web programming knowledge. The admin tools available through this application allow users to easily create new website pages, edit, manipulate and copy existing pages, or create pages from scratch as well as remove content and alter the actual navigation through a web-based administration application. Users simply browse the website to get to the web page that needs to be updated, edit it and then release the content.

To create a new web page the user builds it from the base template using a series of content 'nodes' which come from the various required content elements determined by the chosen design and layout of the website.

A checkout system allows edited web pages to be reviewed before live publishing with the option for all administrative users to be notified when any content is changed. These controls ensure website design standards are met, page layout integrity is protected and functionality is maintained.

The CMS can be used on e-commerce websites and an automated translation option is available for multi-lingual websites.
